What your Job Responsibilities requires:

  • A passion for learning and applying new technology.
  • 2+ years web development learning experience.
  • 1+ years of professional experience working in a related industry including: Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, and/or Web Design.
  • Must be proficient in building WordPress websites via custom modifications to premium themes. Must have a working knowledge of Joomla, basic HTML, and CSS.
  • Ability to work with Photoshop, Design, and/or Illustrator are a HUGE plus.
  • College degree or in progress of graduation.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills.

 

What you’ll do for us at Graceful Perfection:

  • Experience Level: Entry: 0-2 years / Mid: 3-5 years
  • Position will be worked remotely.
  • Must be a self starter and has an entrepreneurial spirit, consisting of excellence and time management.
  • Ability to construct and update web sites for all client sizes (startup to enterprise.
  • Quality assurance is expected.
  • Working with Graceful Perfection and our clients within the ZenDesk ticketing system structure on all design, maintenance, and support communications.
  • Mentor junior developers or interns.

What your Job Responsibilities requires:

We’re hiring a total of 10 Social Media Executives, all reporting directly to the Social Media Manager (Supervisor of Staff). This position is for a highly motivated individual with experience and passion for designing and implementing businesses digital content strategy, creating relevant content, blogging, community participation and leadership.

1. Manage Social Media team, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day activities including:

  • Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
  • Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
  • Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
  • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
  • Compile report for management showing results (ROI).

2. Ensure all digital content maintains brand voice and message.

3. Vetting and approval of all digital marketing copywriting

4. Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

5. Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.

6. Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

7. Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.

8. Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.

9. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.

10. Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

 

 

 

 

What you’ll do for us at Graceful Perfection:

  • Has 3+ years of experience in the field of Social Media and related team & process management.
  • Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media. (Give links to profiles as examples).
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Proficient in social media advertising and optimization on all major platforms
  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem.
  • Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
  • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
  • Exceeds at building and maintaining relationships, online and off.
  • Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
  • Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social”.
  • Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
  • Maintains excellent writing, presentation/training, and language skills. Bi-Lingual/Spanish-speaking skills will be considered a plus.
  • Maintains working knowledge of reporting tools and platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Has experience tagging content for correct attribution in 3rd party reporting tools and 1st party systems.
  • Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly..

MARKETING ASSISTANT

  • You must also have your laptop and own a cell phone with the ability to work remotely
  • Must stay organized, accomplish their daily tasks quickly while maintaining accuracy and be polite and articulate on the phones.

 

What you’ll do for us at Graceful Perfection:

  • Experience Level: Entry: 0-2 years / Mid: 3-5 years
  • Direct report is to LaMecca I’omni Grace, our the founder and CEO
  • Position will be worked remotely with occasional travel opportunities availabl
  • Setup appointments, manage calendar and make travel arrangements
  • Communicate directly with the clients as a point of contact for project fact-finding and resolving issues
  • Maintain excellent communication via phone calls, emails, etc.
  • Assist in internal communications among team members and corporate marketing campaigns
  • Help with creating email marketing campaigns, social media marketing and client relations
  • Moderate live broadcasts (webinars, Periscopes, Facebook live, training classes, etc.)

 

This is a paid Freelance, Contractor, and Internship position and it’s base pay has the potential to increase based on work performance. While this position starts out as part-time (15-20 hours per week), it could develop into a full-time position based on your production and ability to take on more projects successfully.
